The five-country Road Show to Oslo, Copenhagen/Malmo, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Helsinki, and Tallinn offered U.S. state, local and regional economic development organizations (EDOs) the opportunity to market their locations directly to potential investors in the Nordics. Each Road Show stop featured a half-day seminar with sessions on how to invest and expand in the United States. Each seminar included content about investment visas, legal issues, investment opportunities and successful investment strategies. Along with scheduled networking sessions, there was opportunity for attendees to visit their **exhibit ** at the event.
The CEO of Nordic Industries Development Mr. Juha Seppänen was one of the seminar speakers. Nordic Industries Development is also with SelectUSA and Tri-State regional business organizations organizing tour for 10 companies to visit Tri-State region. The focus is to provide chance for these companies to familiarize with Tri-State business community and companies, visit potential clients, business partners, industrial associations, professional lawyers and other groups of interest beneficial when pursuing successful business in the United States.
