We’ve had the privilege of supporting Pemamek’s global journey.
Over the years, we helped Pemamek enter and establish operations in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Most recently, we partnered with Pemamek on their market entry into France, designing the entry strategy and conducting a targeted dealer search based on very stringent selection criteria.
These selection criteria were intentionally demanding. Dealer candidates needed full working knowledge of the Yaskawa ecosystem. They also needed proven capability in robotics, automation, and welding. These are three different disciplines, and Pemamek requires strength in all of them. We also evaluated each candidate’s ability to deliver complex industrial projects and support customers after commissioning.
The result?
A successful expansion and a stronger local presence in a highly competitive market.
